4. AVAILABILITY

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices displayed on www.infinitebeingacademy.com are final, in Euros (€) and include taxes unless, by legal requirement, especially those relating to VAT.
In no case will INFINITE BEING ACADEMY add any additional cost to the price of the contracted services automatically, but only those that the User has selected and chosen voluntarily and freely.
Prices may change at any time, but the changes reflected will not affect orders or purchases that the User has made, has the receipt and has not been completed.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Payment Methods:
a. By credit or debit card
You can make immediate payment through our bank's secure SSL payment gateway. If it is necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment method. Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing bank. INFINITE BEING ACADEMY will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery due to this reason.
By clicking on "Authorize Payment" or "Confirm Payment" the User guarantees that the credit card is his/her own or that he/she is the legitimate holder of the gift card or prepaid card.
b. By bank transfer
By paying in cash or by bank transfer, indicating the customer's name and order number at the time of the transfer. Reservations made in this way will be held for 5 business days from the confirmation of the reservation. Once the payment has been received, it will be processed and, if not made within this period, the reservation will be canceled.
c. PayPal
Through PayPal, the payment for the services to be contracted will be authorized, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. To do this, it is essential to have a PayPal account. If this method involves an additional cost, the User will be informed at the time of selecting the payment method.
The User must ensure that the data for the payment of contracted services is entered correctly. In case of error, INFINITE BEING ACADEMY will not be able to validate the order and it will be canceled.

6. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

In the event of withdrawal, INFINITE BEING ACADEMY will reimburse the User for all payments received, including shipping costs, by the same means used by the User to pay (with the exception of additional costs chosen by the User for a shipping method different from the least expensive method on https://www.infinitebeingacademy.com) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which INFINITE BEING ACADEMY is informed of the decision to withdraw.

8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Except as otherwise provided by law, INFINITE BEING ACADEMY shall not be liable for any of the following losses, regardless of their origin:
Any loss that is not attributable to any breach on its part.
Business losses.
Indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time of entering into the purchase agreement.
Likewise, INFINITE BEING ACADEMY only limits its liability to the following cases:
